Energy Prices have been climbing higher and higher and don't appear to be going back down to the historical lows.  Many Alaskan homes were built in the 1980's based on California designs that had not been fully adjusted for the cold climate of Alaska.  These homes were built with low energy prices in mind, when energy was cheap it didn't matter if the home was well insulated and properly sealed.  Now that energy and heat production costs more we need to think twice about where that heated air is going.  Stop paying to heat the outdoors!!!  After having your home airsealed you will notice an end to those pesky drafts and temperature that rob your heat and send your bills through the roof.  Your home becomes a much more comfortable place and your heater will cycle less often, resulting in much lower utility bills.  Born and raised in Alaska, I understand how homes react when the temperature outside is up to 70 degrees different than that of the indoors.    My number one goal for this business is to provide the best customer service possible while helping to increase the comfort, durability and value of your home.
